PA TSA States (“we,” “our,” or “the app”) is a mobile application designed to help attendees of the Pennsylvania TSA State Conference manage their schedules and access event information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our app.

We use PostHog, a third-party analytics service, to collect anonymous usage data to help us improve the app. This includes:

• Which screens you view and how long you spend on them
• Which features you use (such as adding events, setting reminders, or sharing your schedule)
• App events (such as completing onboarding or exporting to calendar)
• Device information (device type, operating system version, app version)
• Crash reports and error information

The PA TSA States app may be used by middle school and high school students. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children or any users. The app does not require account creation, and all personal data (such as your schedule selections) is stored locally on your device.

Your Rights and Choices

You have the following options regarding your data:

• Delete local data: Go to Settings > Start Over to clear all your app data from your device.
• Opt out of analytics: Analytics collection is anonymous and cannot be disabled within the app. However, you can limit analytics by disabling the app's network access in your device settings.
